Falling Fast
The first I love you
We were both so scared to say
Even though I knew I wanted to
Was scared you might not feel that way
Then the first time you let it slip
I tried my best to let it be
But in my head over and over I let those words flip
Couldn't help but wonder if you really did love me
Cuz I already knew I was falling for you
And that scared me more than anything
Wasn't sure giving love another try was something I wanted to do
But then that song I heard you sing
And in the those words somehow I just knew
This time was different than anything I'd ever felt before
So with my heart I trusted you
And every day I fall a little more
Even though to us both this is so new
You have a way of making me feel
Like I have it all figured out without a clue
Sometimes I wonder if this is even real
But then you smile at me
With your hand in my hand
And I feel as if this were all just meant to be
And now I'm beginning to understand
That everything I've ever been thru
Was meant for me to find my way
Just to fall in love you
Like I do again and again each and every day!!!
