Fall Into You

I fall into your loving arms, So gentle, yet so firm. Can I stay here forever? Many times before, those I loved have gone. Broken, beaten, scarred, I was. But then I saw your smiling face And the clouds began to part. I can smile again, My carefree laugh mingling with your dark. Meeting the other's eye Things communicated, unspoken; A gift, a secret passed. Noone else can or will ever know. Our truest selves hidden behind a mask, In the darkest shadows of the mind. Known to none other than that whose soul is bound. With our knowledge, majestY, and abilities, Everything will be okay. Yin and Yang as one: Depression and Death; Loss and Lust; Equals. But can love overcome authority?
