Fall In Love
To fall in love
Is a trip, head over heals
Tumbling like autumn leaves
Swept unexpectedly in a gentle breeze
To the ground silently crashing,
Rustling between the teeth of a rake
Forming a mound of high spectrums
Ready for a game of trust
And belly flops before dusk
When leaves are wisped again for moths
Who come to blazing flames of fire
As the sparks fly upward
The smoke billows signal
That winter has come
When beautiful colors cease,
And the trip ends suddenly
With bruised knees and a headache
After rose-colored glasses break
The enlightened is wisped
And tumbled away
Still every fall in love
