Fall

FALL

Being out of doors
Where lifetimes surround
Where you now inhale
Sense the beauty approaching
That lovely lonely other

Being out of doors
Where the wind-blown clouds roam free
Squirrels bury nuts
Hardy birds puff their feathers
Where sun has a soothing warmth

You must be outdoors
Summer’s children bid farewell
Color rustle and dance
Bid you come forth now pilgrim
Join in prayerfully join in

Daver, you were right. Tennyson had bad eyesight and had to keep the words in his mind until someone could write them down for him! (at least when he was older) and yes, you got it right about the woman breakable, but more than that, emotionally not strong. well, I am in a rush, so later I'll read your older poems or try to find some! today hubbie is back from driving so I guess this is it for me today! Luv, Andrea

Amazingly beautiful Poem. You have sketched a very cool picture of nature with sounds of music and nature. “Being out of doors, Where the wind-blown clouds roam free' Great lines and beautiful imagination. I have placed a new Poem 'Mysteries of Human Hairs'. Hope you would like it. Love and best wishes...Ravindra....Daver Austin.
