Faith of Courage

Faith of Courage

If a person is lying on a bed of illness,
unable to move their hands and feet,
their body completely exhausted,
drained of all its strength.

At such a moment,
negative thoughts often arise in the mind.

It feels as if we may not survive,
and fear whispers — what will happen to the children?
Worry for the family, anxiety about the future,
begin to break the heart from within.

Even the smallest things around us
start leaving a negative impact.

But in that difficult moment,
we must calm and guide our own mind.

We must awaken a belief within —
that we will rise above this situation.
We must not surrender to defeat;
we must hold firmly to courage.

Proper food, proper care,
and discipline in every routine must remain.

With precautions and good management,
medicines must be taken on time.

Faith in ourselves and in God
must stay strong within the heart.

Deep inside we must believe —
I will surely recover.

With patience and faith beside me,
I will overcome every pain.

If trust in ourselves and in God
becomes true and unwavering,
then no matter how hard the circumstances,
a person can cross every crisis.

We must keep the mind calm
and make our faith stronger,
for after every dark night
a new dawn surely arrives.

Believe in yourself —
a new morning will come,
and once again in this world
you will find your own new place.
