Key Verse – Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

FAITH IN GOD WHO WARNS US TO TAKE HEED AGAINST DECEPTION	

God warns us against deception as His believers settled in His plan
He established His purpose for us before the world began
To belong to His royal clan
And by faith bear His name in the best way we can.

God warns us against deception as His creation according to His design
He formed us in our mothers’ wombs – so well and fine
To carry our parents’ genes and bloodline
And by faith fulfill His will, never to resign.

God warns us against deception as His vessels of His gracious project
He saved us from sin’s eternal defect
To transform us as our ways He does direct
And by faith follow His leading through His wisdom we cannot reject.
			
God warns us against deception as His learners from His divine material
He quickened our souls, making us spiritual
To own assured salvation with life eternal
And by faith abide in His standards that are Scriptural.

God warns us against deception as His children He blesses daily
He imputed to us His righteousness truly
To enable us to strive to be holy
And by faith live, yielded to the Holy Spirit victoriously.

God warns us against deception as His stewards 
He called us in managing His resources today and onwards
To progress for heavenly rewards
And by faith triumph against worldliness-hazards.

God warns us against deception as His followers in His light
He illumined us with His Scriptures insight
To usher us along servanthood delight
And by faith stay rejoicing toward heavenly flight.
