FAITH IN GOD WHO TRANSFORMS US TO BECOME NEW
God transforms us to become new against carnal worldliness
Along assured salvation toward sanctification’s holiness
While we thank Him by faith for everlasting life’s graciousness
In praising His name midst His granted righteousness.
God transforms us to become new against burdensome mortality
Along Scriptural spirituality toward triumphant eternity
While we labour for Him by faith midst His constraining love’s stability
In living for His glory with our sincerity.
God transforms us to become new against vain aim
Along divine goal toward exalting His majestic fame
While we worship Him by faith, conquering doubt’s blame
In trusting His Word as His promises we claim.
God transforms us to become new against unequal yoking
Along heavenly accord toward virtuous walking
While we obey Him by faith midst diligent working
In abiding in His will so as to overcome destructive sinking.
God transforms us to become new against selfish arrogance
Along compassionate exercise toward soulwinning-performance
While we obey Him by faith against unbelief and ignorance
In following His commands with determined, dedicated stance.
God transforms us to become new against difficult trials
Along hopeful inspirations toward prayerful approvals
While we prioritize Him by faith, seeking His revivals
In waiting for His favour, despite fear of denials.
God transforms us to become new against unpleasant reaction
Along honest motives toward gracious anticipation
While we serve Him by faith with joyful devotion
In testifying for His honour and exaltation.
