FAITH IN GOD WHO MAKES US RISE UP

November 5 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on John 5-6

Key Verse – John 5:8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

FAITH IN GOD WHO MAKES US RISE UP God makes us rise up from sin-caused weariness By His salvation’s graciousness For us to seek Him first and His righteousness By our faith’s trust in His goodness. God makes us rise up from carnality-ailment By His sanctification’s healing endowment For us to abide in His truth’s settlement By our faith’s reliance on His miracles’ fulfillment. God makes us rise up from defilement’s impotency By His strength toward holiness’ constancy For us to cleave to His forgiveness and mercy By our faith’s dependence on His authority’s excellency. God makes us rise up from emptiness, responding to His voice By His Word’s call wherein our souls rejoice For us to praise Him upon worshipful poise By our faith’s increase of Scriptural choice. God makes us rise up from fruitlessness toward His leading By His direction as we follow His guiding For us to serve Him upon Biblical standing By our faith’s firmness that conquers deceitful pretending. God makes us rise up from ignorance By His wisdom that gives us counsel’s assurance For us to learn from Him with His gentle forbearance By our faith’s progress in serving Him midst prayerful endurance. God makes us rise up from varied offenses By His victory along His purification that cleanses For us to confess our transgressions and be freed from guilt-curses By our faith’s sincerity, claiming His grace that blesses.
