FAITH IN GOD WHO IS OUR DWELLING PLACE
God is our dwelling place against fear…
He pacifies us of our hopelessness-tear
Ever present with His love so dear
Letting our faith bring us to Him, prayerfully near.
God is our dwelling place against persecution…
He comforts us in our affliction
Ever ready with His protection
Letting our faith increase as we thank His eternal salvation.
God is our dwelling place against pain…
He heals us for wellness-gain
Ever cheerful with His soothing that does not drain
Letting our faith walk along righteousness-terrain.
God is our dwelling place against discontentment…
He satisfies us toward spiritual enrichment
Ever generous with His supplies of great supplement
Letting our faith abound through His settlement.
God is our dwelling place against crises…
He provides for us despite dearth’s curses
Ever sustaining with His grace that enforces
Letting our faith share blessings upon His truth-braces.
God is our dwelling place against terror…
He cares for us covering us from attacks of horror
Ever compassionate with His peace we honor
Letting our faith rest in His Word’s succor.
God is our dwelling place against weariness…
He strengthens us by His helpfulness
Ever powerful with His mightiness
Letting our faith serve Him with steadfastness.
