FAITH IN GOD WHO IS OUR COMFORTER WITH HIS TRUTH

Key Verse – John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me.

FAITH IN GOD WHO IS OUR COMFORTER WITH HIS TRUTH	

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our deliverance
Surely fulfilling His kingdom-promises of blest assurance
While saving us from hell’s penalty by His love’s perseverance
Letting our faith trust His sacrifice midst compassionate endurance.

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our redemption
Surely rescuing us from eternal condemnation
While ransoming us along divine regeneration
Letting our faith abide in His will for our transformation.

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our justification claim
Surely pardoning us for our confessed sinfulness and shame
While sanctifying us, giving us new-creation’s flame
Letting our faith experience His grace as we exalt His name.

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our righteousness
Surely straightening us by His doctrine’s soundness
While teaching us along stewardship fruitfulness
Letting our faith abound in His service upon life of holiness.

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our discipleship
Surely upholding us upon His Biblical leadership
While directing us along His ministry-partnership
Letting our faith increase through His Scriptures midst sincere worship.

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our prayer-fervency
Surely answering us in our call of earnest urgency
While providing for us along His satisfaction’s sufficiency
Letting our faith seek His face, beseeching His mercy.

God is our Comforter with His truth toward our gratitude
Surely guarding us against arrogant attitude
While guiding us along great commission-latitude
Letting our faith win by His power’s fortitude.
