FAITH IN GOD WHO GIVES US KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM
God gives us knowledge and wisdom for good works’ bountifulness
Along His loving kindness as well as graciousness
That upholds our faith’s steadfastness
Against attacking weariness.
God gives us knowledge and wisdom with His compassion
Along His mercy as well as provision
That cheers our faith’s vision
Against sinful oppression.
God gives us knowledge and wisdom for our commitment
Along His strength as well as establishment
That anchors our faith’s settlement
Against darts of discouragement.
God gives us knowledge and wisdom by His Word’s authority
Along His truth as well as Scripture’s tenacity
That braces our faith’s authenticity
Against deceitful falsity.
God gives us knowledge and wisdom for our fruitful stewardship
Along His workmanship as well as ministry-partnership
That strengthens our faith’s devotion and worship
Against challenging hardship.
God gives us knowledge and wisdom with His assurance
Along His instruction as well as counsel’s endurance
That drives our faith’s perseverance
Against foolish ignorance.
God gives us knowledge and wisdom toward our sure victory
Along His protection as well as guarding in His territory
That propels our faith’s service for His glory
Against destructive misery.
