FAITH IN GOD WHO GIVES US AN ANSWER OF PEACE

January 14 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Genesis 40-42 Key Verse – Genesis 41:16 … God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.
FAITH IN GOD WHO GIVES US AN ANSWER OF PEACE God gives us an answer of peace, nourishing us in His safeguard Not our selfish dreams, but His eternal plan should move us forward Never can we bud and blossom away from His divine yard… Now, we must abide, by faith, as His redeemed in His Scriptural standard. God gives us an answer of peace, nailing us to His goodness Not our fleshly desires, but His loving aim should prevail with steadfastness Never can we feast on fatal haughtiness of vanity’s worthlessness… Now, we must stay, by faith, influenced through His meekness. God gives us an answer of peace, nurturing us with His favour Not our deaf ears, but His listening ear should devour our futile fervour Never can we find hope when we submit to magicians’ savour… Now, we must confess our sins, by faith, for His forgiveness-endeavour. God gives us an answer of peace, negating us of our unwise interpretation Not our new raiment, but His holy apparel should shine in our conversion Never can we understand His Word without His illumination… Now, we must search His truth, by faith, with His Spirit’s direction. God gives us an answer of peace, noticing us with care since the beginning Not our withered past, but His glorious future should cause our awakening Never can we escape famine through slothfulness-gaining… Now, we must work, by faith, with diligence midst His righteous reigning. God gives us an answer of peace, nestling us against mischief and adversity Not our weak stature, but His mighty power should govern our carnality Never can we stand firm with our doubts, unbelief and uncertainty… Now, we must cling to His grace, by faith, along His sure security. God gives us an answer of peace, nudging us by His commandment Not our open mind, but His wise discretion should check our commitment Never can we worship Him sincerely with our guilt of discontentment… Now, we must praise Him, by faith, for our salvation-settlement. Amen!
