FAITH IN GOD WHO CLEANSES US

September 11 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Ezekiel 37-39

Key Verse – Ezekiel 37:23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

FAITH IN GOD WHO CLEANSES US God cleanses us against pride of vain arrogance Surely humbling us by His majestic elegance Away from jealousy and greediness-endurance Toward faith’s righteous mighty performance. God cleanses us against stained stray-walking Surely leading us by His hand’s working Away from stumbles of our own making Toward faith’s steadfast choice along Scriptural trekking. God cleanses us against filthy sinfulness Surely sanctifying us by His forgiveness’ bountifulness Away from guilt of our confessed wickedness Toward faith’s purification to strive for holiness. God cleanses us against hypocritical spirituality Surely correcting us by His truth’s certainty Away from deceit midst insecurity Toward faith’s radiant glow under His authority. God cleanses us against abominable defilements Surely instructing us by His Biblical judgements Away from frustration of restless sentiments Toward faith’s increase for stewardship-investments. God cleanses us against transgressions Surely admonishing us by His precepts to avoid perversions Away from destruction of ignorance-caused oppressions Toward faith’s direction for service-missions. God cleanses us against afflicting idolatry Surely chastening us by His straightening victory Away from misery due to superstitions’ entry Toward faith’s triumph in supporting His ministry.
