Faith In God
As a child I never pictured my ancestors paving the way
Through the miracle of faith also a heart to kneel and pray
For life our faith will be tested but his love endures through all
The next generation that comes after us will learn not to fall
When you have the holy spirit within giving you comfort and a helping hand
Guiding you step by step to one day see the promise land
Trials will come trying to tear you down but never forget his unyielding love
Which never changes, pure as the blue skies, and the key to your potential and strength from above
