Faith, Hope, and Charity
"And now abideth faith, hope and charity,
these three; but the greatest of these is charity."
The Bible, 1 Corinthians 13.13
Charity is called agape which means love,
with this in our soul we will live a good life;
our true essence 'till we dwell with God.
Without faith we are lost in a sea of nothing,
and faith without love is cold of emotion;
we must believe and not question our destiny.
Without hope we cannot move forward,
and competition is good and never is it boastful;
for love and charity is always our center.
With these three magic words entwined in our souls,
we can and will accomplish all we wish and more;
and will touch the hearts of all we meet in life.
Remind yourself to have patience, and kindness,
never envy, never be boastful, rude, self- seeking;
do not be easy to anger, and always forgive.
Never seek revenge, or hold a record of wrongs,
do not delight in evil plans but rejoice in the truth;
that love is the way- the answer to live a good life.
