Clever little poem Michael. This is what puzzles me. If someone believes that their god sent this disease, then why would they pray to that same god to save them from it?

A very good question. Why, in the Middle Ages, didn't God, Jesus and the Angels let Christians know that better sanitation and rat control could save millions of lives?
