Facing the Future

The place we’re presently found will be scant,
And our future is about unknown change,
That might, or might not, enchant.
But yesterday will always remain the same,
And learning to accept what is and will be,
Is a most important part of the game?
Our missteps had effect on each of the three,
God wants us to let go of what was,
And exercise more faith in what will be.
