Promises of passion,
my urgings unspoken,
a glamorous gossamer garb.
Sexy, sultry, shameless,
I'm luxurious lace:
enticing and ethereal.

Agnes Krampe November 11, 2017 at 4:56 PM I don't think it matters for this personification of lace - a female poet IS not a piece of fabric any more than a male one :) And anyway, isn't that part of being a poet?
