Eydie Gorme

She was born in the Bronx with the name Edith Gormezano.
Her career got off the ground on Steve Allen's "Tonight Show".
As a singer, Eydie performed well as a solo.
With her husband Steve Lawrence, they became a great duo.
Many hit records and awards would soon follow.
On stage in Las Vegas, this duet was a sensation.
They also appeared in numerous specials on television.
Anyone in show business was familiar with Eydie Gorme.
Sadly in 2013, this talented performer passed away.
