Exquisitely Serenaded

A blackbird sings his songs of love exquisitely serenading Beguiled by his love songs she responds coupling new life created Nesting resting one by one slowly eggs will hatch Nurturing feeding hungry brood day and night search for food Tired parents await the day fledglings fledge to find their way circle of life continues and she his love cannot resist love songs exquisitely serenaded Written 14th May 2019 After the most gorgeous spring day, whilst out walking I heard a male blackbird singing his heart out... oh what joy! It certainly was Heidi and I have a blackbird who sits just above my balcony in the evening and it really lifts my spirit when I hear his song. Thank you so much for your visit Heidi and I hope you are doing okay. Thanks for your lovely comments. Kindest thoughts Ann xx

Yes isn't it wonderful at the moment Tom, those glorious blue skies, but as they say, 'don't hold your breath', but enjoy it whilst it lasts haha. I love the song of a blackbird, it is like a mini opera and is my favourite birdsong! Thanks for your visit Tom, good to hear from you, with kindest thoughts Ann xx
