You say don't want roses,
and no candy too.
I say I don't want anything
because I got you.
It's been many years
since you captured my heart.
We are always together
nothing can keep us apart.
I want us to grow old together
and enjoy life.
I knew from the first day I met you
you would become my wife.
I don't need a card
to express my love for you.
My words come from my heart
they are so very true.
