Expose Your Lie

Do you dread what you hear as shadows, slink from sight? Does your heart thump in fear with each creak of the night? Do you shake like loose chaff, feeling you're all alone? Can you hear your dark half sorting sins to atone? How does it feel to hold life and death in one's hand? When you do what you're told, do your morals still stand? Will you refuse a kiss cause your heart is seething? Do you wallow in bliss when jealousy's teething? Are you ready to die defending every scar? Shall I expose your lie and show you who you are?
