Exhale

inhale, exhale, exhale, and repeat the wheeze
this is your universe, and this is your life
allow me to cough, and I'll allow you to wheeze
just calm down, and we'll both admit a BREATHE
as soon as you can, unwind and SIGH of relief
inhale, exhale, exhale, and repeat the wheeze

shake, sniff, and gasp for the best of reprise
i had hoped my soul would be pure, not afraid of strife 
allow me to relax, and I'll allow you to wheeze
i am aware that on this planet, our time squeeze
the sight of us living in UTTER darkness scares herself
inhale, exhale, exhale, and repeat the wheeze

pain, as blood winced, had me GASP on the knees
lighted up a few at least can WHISPER to the wife
allow me to cough, and I'll allow you to wheeze
if you miss me, you will always be able to wheeze
i MURMUR you've given me a fresh life
Inhale, exhale, exhale, and repeat the wheeze
allow me to relax a bit, and I'll allow you to wheeze
