Everything You Dont Need
You were everything good
Until you weren’t
Now I’ll learn to push you as if you fill me with false excuses
I’ll learn to hate you as you tell me all that I want to hear
Ill teach my heart not to soften as you say you’re sorry
Not to linger on the words you said
Ill scribble all the happiness I thought I felt
And condemn you
Forsake the lovely talks of any future
You’ll lose touch of mornings yawning speaking to you
To nights where I lose sleep
Hearing your voice
Laughing to your words
Listening to your stories
The happiest moments I ever spent
But how could you ever deserve this heart
You so easily misplace
Ill push you so you’ll drown
In a world with everything you don’t need.
