Everyday

everyday lampshade
light out light on
everyday black rain
falls on the graves

I forget everything everyday
I forget everything everyday

everynoon luncheon
macaroni and cheese
everynight biscuits
served on a plate

I forget everything everyday
I forget everything everyday

tired nerve endings
another bodyache
days never ending
like a wet dog shake

I forget everything everyday
i forget everything everyday
