Notes About The Poem

Look on to life's struggles! The ups and downs, the laughter, successes, and the despair, not just looking out for one individual, but for everyone, as a whole, no matter what, and for what purpose? We were made in the image of or likeness of "God Almighty I Am!" (So, WWJD?) (That's a bold, powerful assertion!) `'The power of suggestion."

Every Day a Harvest

Every Day a Harvest

Every day a harvest,
Every man
Every woman
Every child.

Looking back at harvesting,
The trail of daylight for laughter
Brought from life
The successes bring you joy and happiness.

Stay away from the corners of despair,
For they can shame you
The disappointments
For they may only be disappointed.

Every day a harvest,
Every man
Every woman
Every child.

Thank you very much, Eric. Your words are kind. It makes me think of my children all the time, hence the reason. Eric, my friend, if you've been inspired by finding my poems to read. Then I've just been blessed, and I'm genuinely thankful. Best of Wishes, William
