I love the "sun grows stingy in the sky", "summer's obituary has been planted", and "December skates in", all very clever ways of expressing the changing of the season. Also the pumpkins wearing strange grins! I enjoy your seasonal writing so much, and I will enjoy seeing this as a winner ~ John

Enjoyed reading your work. Yes, a good variety. I fee for you and your undiagnosed problems. If they don't know what is wrong they can't treat it can they? Sara

Feeling poetic today, ain't cha? Very nice indeed, Andrea. it is a sad time of the year, summer's end. Autumn cushions the blow but... i have always loved summers. They remind me of happier times. Oh well, good job. Probably a winner!

You had me at "when sun grows stingy in the sky!" Your autumn imagery just keeps cascading into December skates. A beautiful, and creative, journey with autumn to meet winter. Well done dear friend! Best of luck in the contest!
