Ever-Changing World
Ever-Changing World
There are changes in the world
Every single day,
These changes also affect children
And how they all play.
From black and white photographs
To listening to the radio,
Then came the black and white t.v.
These are things, people already know.
Tiny records, called 45's
Upgraded to the LP's,
Played on record players everywhere
They didn't cost much money.
Many different hair styles
Have come and gone,
Toys and clothes, kids had to have
With each passing dawn.
Then came the computer
Something everyone, thought they'd need,
Making the world, a much easier place
Helping with every day deeds.
Walkmans and cassette tapes
Were also in style,
You could clip them to your side
Run or jog for miles.
Now, it's discman's and I-pods
And music CD's galore,
That children want now-a-days
And oh, so much more.
