Even Though
The melancholic expression of my darkness
materialized in a disfigured face in the mirror
shows me the monster who took over me
and destroyed my life and of the ones involved
and even though big lessons I have learned
condemned I am to suffer the bleeding of love
to see you go over and over again
in a different body to a different place …
Crying my soul has been all day
where the treasure boxes are kept
with the names of the ones who share
the different pieces of my broken heart
a heart that finds no ending
to the asphyxia of a bloody solitude
to the pounding of the memories
in an almost desperate scenario
Yesterday, I lost you
because I could not see you one day
because I could not find you on our bed
because the devil took over
while you were away
ignoring my ignorance
my stupidity and your stupidity
fresh meat for the angels of hell
Crying my soul has been all day
while on the other side of the world
you speak a different language
with a different face
I feel you still love me
even though you are far away
I feel you are still here
even though you just left …
