Even the Wise and Peaceable Are Fools
My brother is young and says,
“I’m wise for my years…”
My sister is younger and says,
“I’m peaceful for my age…”
I am the eldest and say nothing…
They quarrel…
And quarrel…
And quarrel…
Then I said
“Peace never lasts
And the wise can be fools
You both made each other
A tool to each other’s fool…”
