Eve

Enticing and enthralling in a spider wed of splendor
Jezebel, wear your virginal white!
Mrs. Skeffington put down your guard
For a woman is only beautiful when she is loved
Evil eyes in this our life
Have succumbed to dark victory
The old maid is waiting for her lover to return
His wife has found the letter you spurned
Madame Sin have mercy on me
For the little foxes have bitten me
Tower of wickedness enthralls the masses
Behind you façade, rose colored glasses
Footsteps on the ceiling
Gloomy darkened parlor
Floating with emptiness
But you are always with us
