Ethnic Cleansing

It doesn’t matter what my faith is.
It doesn’t matter what my caste is.
It doesn’t matter what my complexion is.
It doesn’t matter where I live.
Above all I am a human
That should be taken into account.

The wise saying:
United we stand
Divided we fall
Is ignored
By so many people!

O the angry mob
Please don’t go for ethnic cleansing
Please don’t shed blood of another human
In the name of religion or whatever else.

Irrespective of your faith
Why don’t you think
We are all brothers and sisters
To maintain peace?

Please think with your brain
And feel with your heart
It is the only remedy
To cure your mind’s disease.

Hi Asif, Your thoughts are good but maybe you can use some metaphors to make your point. For example, maybe ethnic cleansing is stripping a tre from its leaves. Good job.
