Eternity

“There is no death! What seems so is transition;
this life of mortal breath is but a suburb of the life elysian,

A single tick in time, that’s all
our life on earth is meant to be,
but souls transcend upon death’s call
while lifting up, God’s face to see,
and lasting an eternity.
