Eternally In Awe

In awe, I watch them pirouette across the stage en pointe I capture them for eternity, in graceful flowing movements Swallowing my envy, admitting, I wish I could dance

Paula, I just love the way you put yourself in their shoes and told your deep desire while watching them. A unique and wonderful take on the contest. Congrats on your win.

Paula, my mother forced me to take ballet lessons because she wanted her little acrobat to become more ladylike. It just didn't work. I enjoy watching ballet as much as you do, but I'm certainly no graceful swan, not even a "Black Swan." Just a tomboy. Really enjoyed reading your entry and wish you success in Rick's contest! Love, Carolyn
