Hi Kim, my first dog I ever had was a beagle, I found her when I was nine yrs old, She was lost in the woods. We had her for 15 yrs before she passed. This poem brought back great memories for me. Beautiful write, Kim, All the best, Charlie

Thanks, Dave! My older dog disappeared many years ago. Tried to find him, waited when I knew he wouldn’t show up. Then today, this post...specifically a beagle.
