Eternal Ecstasy
Vivacious incandescent longing
blushes buoyant,
spreads spectrum of fervor
in the sanguine skies.
Spring-suffused beguiled brush
paints to enchant,
portrays chromatic contours of craving,
life descries.
In cracked cinnamon ground
parched to the core,
the mist of my desolate desert
sneaks in the sly
within the faded veins
of fragile fallen leaves galore,
echoes evergreen hymn of hope
in rustling sigh.
The eyes weep unseen tears,
flowing in torrent within,
fill fathomless cauldron
of pining pathos undefined.
Relict essence in cacophony
of life remains out of din
in the quietude of eroded banks
of the river called mind.
Desire symphony
of cascading cadence waits to start,
as whistling zephyr blows
in the plateau of memory,
makes ripples of melody
in the lilac lake of my heart,
pulsating with the enthralling tune
of eternal ecstasy.
