Essence and the Artist's Heart

Her way was so graceful -- yet bold...
She'd left her mark on many hearts,
With soft spoken words she controlled...
Refined beauty ne'er to depart...

He looked upon this beautiful face,
Her way was so graceful -- yet bold...
He thought that time had slowed its pace
She heard his thoughts and took control...

Dressed in lace she had caught his gaze
The initiative would be hers...
Her way was so graceful -- yet bold...
This left his head spinning for days.

Have her he must, this beautiful thing
Possibilities un-foretold....
Essence was caught in his paintings
Her way was so graceful -- yet bold...
