Escape

One need not to bear silence
In darkness we need not see
As a brush upon the canvas
Our Imagination can set us free

Imprisoned ye by boredoms rage
You still have strength of mind
Escape the confines of your cage
And leave your strife behind

Go somewhere cool with shade
Birdsong and life everywhere
Springtime things in meadow glade
Where peace and joy lives there

Breathe it in, inside of you
Like the warm of soothing wine
Let it settle calming through
Your thoughts and peace of mind

Quietly there you’ll be enthralled
In a place the angels kissed
Having never left those prison walls
Having never there been missed
