Equilibrium

Where is the half -forgotten wisdom, 
of all the healing
beauty can begin?

Here, where garden-scented forest,
creek, and fern
 fill the heart with joy and wondering

Like the soft glow of nodding daffodils
or sunshine
spilling golden  by the hour

There is a  way of knowing 
ancient power
A  simple state of  equilibrium.
