Epilogue

...for Julie


You hurt me deeply by your silence,
once my sweetheart, now a ghost;
we'll never be together, it's a
shame, just when I loved you most.
Reasons, excuses are useless for now,
I'll cut my losses and leave with a bow.

This is so sad.. so many lines in this piece rips at my heart, but the last line really puts a lump in the throat..my type of writing Keith...poems that cuts deep in our cores..loved it.
