Enlightenment Recovery

Knowing the whys and wherefores
For the traumas that come into our lives
Helping us to open long-concealed doors,
It refreshes our spirit and clearly revives.

We undertake enlightenment recovery
It refreshes our spirit, clearly revives
Facilitates important inner discovery.

We undertake enlightenment recovery
As the philosopher said, “Know thyself,”
Facilitates important inner discovery,
Helping one gain responsibility for oneself.

As the philosopher said, “Know thyself,”
One understands strengths and flaws
Helping one gain responsibility for oneself,
Gives us an appreciation for natural laws.
