ENERGY
Energy is amazing, it comes to us in many ways, like from feelings that are positive, they make us feel sparkling and glowing. Love and kindness, give us positive energy, it can charge us to full energy for days.
Energy that is negative, leaves us down, giving us sadness and confusion and not feeling complete, like a sinking ship it continues to fill us and bring us down.
Energy is currency, it can make others take notice, take action, take better health, or take bad health.
Energy is like money, it has value and can be stored and shared, and moved, and send and saved. It has value and we can use it anyway.
Energy is exchange of something, like a power, seen and unseen, it transmits all around the globe, we can feel it like the wind, it moves but is unseen.
If you feel a bad energy than move to another place and see if the energy shifts to a better feeling that makes you feel more at ease.
We can also intake bad energy, making us sick, leaving our heart and mind feeling weak, run away from the bad energy, it will cause you grief, better to move away and let it be.
Energy is something we can all make positive, just by being you and being kind, like a cold has the power to move and spread, we all can spread good energy.
