Enduring

Failure's voice whispers in the mind's hall, trying to tear down self esteem's wall. The weary heart questions its own worth, when the world's opinion pushes for its fall. The eternal soul's endurance is tested by the thoughtless deeds of bitter human beings. A priceless character is slowly molded from the scars created by pain's stings. Glass tears soften human sight, giving angry lips a cleansing bath. The faults of others slowly grow dim, as the human spirit follows forgiveness' path. Life's endless lesson is to endure the pain brought about by another's careless act. But true victory comes by way of forgiving, making inner peace become a spiritual fact.
