Emerald Skin

Hidden eyes
create mysterious peace
blending together
flawless currents
of strength and
inner beauty.

Lovely lady of the birds
unites patiently with the wind
and all pigments of her sheath
unravel in jaded fleece.

Pale foam
subsides in willow shades
of a silk blanket painted clear,
while her peacock tress
span through faint breeze.

The flutter of many transcends...
caressing her deep in faces,
a lunar eclipse of blue,
and satin feathers bask in her glow
imbuing her deep into pearly nirvana.
