Embraced the Feeling and the Possibility
You tell our story
and it all seems real
how it makes us feel
The road of distance
grew together
because we felt something was there
You talk of the past
and I need those reminders
because I know where we're at now
You didn't let go
and kept me close
even though you dismissed the feeling and the possibility
I was staying afloat
and not falling in
but then I felt you around me
looking back
I know now
that's what pulled me in
All I see is my smile
when you were in my visit
Technology would just make it complicated
and now it's our best friend
A few more weeks
and we will see
if we're truly meant to be
