Embrace the Line

Whether it by my wrinkles, Or my silver white hair, An autobiography, with too many obstacles; A lifetime lost and languished, a life so unfair. An image bent and weighted with age; Eyes now dimming and challenged with time. Maturity writes a brand new challenge, each page; And as we grow older, each task, becomes more of a climb. Yet, I would not change my looks, for those of another; My face is the cover of the most magnificent book. My infirmities, like those of no other; Every part of my existence, every part of my look. I embrace the line of an ageless defiance; Like the Redwood to the wind, in a forest of silence.
