Embrace

As i cry, my eyes are opened, a memory of you, burns inside my soul. I drop to my knee's, your truth surrounds me, for in my sorrow, again I am lost. My heart fills with your voice, even through my silence. I stand again, to see your mercy, to rise over, all that I am. The faith you gave me, is my only hope, as it again, shines through my darkness. Your forgiveness, is my hearts song, your spirit moves in me, as I lift my burdens. With your power from above, I can stand, to be restored, your joy I find. I search my soul, for your peace, finding forever, your unconditional love. Your blood is my shield, a blessing to me, for I have done nothing, to deserve your grace. So I am thankful, my life is yours, your words I cherish, your love I embrace.
