Elevator Music
That old time elevator music
It's all so familiar to this old guy
Makes me feel I'm near the end
Aw... got another ten years or more
Sinatra, Como, der Bingo, Elvis
Holy doo doo am I old or what
From another time zone
When silent movies were the craze
What exciting years they were
Filled with the latest new thingy
To pop onto the scene
Excited we were with each new gadget
Am I perhaps dating myself
There were many other new gimmicks
Like Star Wars the blockbuster of the 70s
To remember and throw in the mix
