Elenas Dog and Evergreen Tree Dreams

                              12/11/2023






                     He sleeps, listening intently 
                     for Santa Claus.
                     Peaceful dreams, his head upon 
                     soft, red paws.

                     
                      The beige, stone, fireplace is 
                      warm and quite near.
                      His dreams, only of his loving 
                      family, quite dear!

                     
                     Beneath the decorated,pine tree, 
                     upon his cozy bed, he dreams.
                     Thankful, that they rescued him, 
                     how his eyes, with gratitude,gleam!

                     Elena Eagle is a poetess here.
                     She is compassionate and rescues
                     dogs and cats. I am proud of her
                     for telling it like it is and most of
                     all, for being a caring daughter and   
                     source of encouragement and love!

They bring a peace to us.one time, I had four at at time! and when adopting a cat, you sign an agreement that you will not love the cat run around outside. Because many cats get run over by cars..
