The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Element: Earth

Earth
(an acrostic Tanka)

Emeralds, rubies,
And sapphires once buried in
Rocky crevices
Thanklessly ripped from Mother -
Her trampled heart beats bleakly.

Hi Andrea, Congratulations on your placement in the contest. Once again you take two forms, merging them with skillful hand and creating a beautiful write, in its sadness. Once again you have succeeded in merging the two forms. This was very well done Andrea. It is deserving of a seven for what you have done with the two forms but also the vision your words give. It goes into my faves so i can read whenever i wish and i may learn from it....Vlad.
